Later this year, we’re releasing a Torbay Weekly calendar to raise money for Rowcroft Hospice and we need YOU to help decide what goes in it!
Our theme for the calendar is ‘Torbay Views,’ so we’re asking all of our readers to share their favourite viewing spots from around Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. We’ll pick our favourites from the suggestions to feature in the calendar.
From spectacular seascape views of the Bay to the glittering night time scenery from Rock Walk, there’s no end to the choice of outstanding spots to relax and take in the breath-taking views from across Torbay.
Maybe you know of a hidden gem around Torbay that’s the best for catching a sunset? Or it could be that your favourite spot is a well-known and well-loved location, like Thatcher Rock or Berry Head.
The deciding judges will be local photographer and regular Torbay Weekly contributor Stephen Coombes, along with Phil Mingo from Pinnacle Photography, who will be choosing Torbay’s best views to photograph from your recommendations.
The calendar will be available to purchase later this year, with 20% of sales donated to Rowcroft Hospice as part of our Raise for Rowcroft campaign.
If you’d like to take part, send you can send your favourite Torbay views via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post by writing to The Torbay Weekly, Unit 6 Tor Hill House, Union Street, Torquay TQ2 5QW.
Whether it’s a sunset, sunrise, landscape or just a place that you love, send us your suggestions for your favourite Torbay view to be featured!
