Brixham library is set to re-open on July 6 - but others in Torbay will remain closed.

Libraries Unlimited will offer a limited service at four pilot libraries acorss Devon - Brixham, Braunton, Chudleigh and Honiton - from Monday, July 6, and will roll out opening across Torbay and Devon in the following weeks.

Both mobile libraries and the home library service have extra considerations for social distancing and plans for them will be announced shortly.

A Libraries Unlimited spokesman said: 'Getting our services up and running requires careful planning. We will need library users' help and support as we return. They will need to follow our social distancing and safety guidelines at all times and consider our staff and other users when you are in our libraries.

'Help us to deliver the best service to you and let's work together as we progress our plans.'
