A set of free isolation packs have been developed for vulnerable people in Torbay.

Colette Neave from Creative Mojo runs arts and crafts sessions for people with dementia, the elderly, or learning and physical disabilities.

'We wanted to help support care homes and people isolated in the community,' said Colette. 'We have a few different packs available, including a carers' pack and 'your face and mine' activities.

'We have another intergenerational pack, which is perfect for everyone from young children and nurseries up to the elderly. There are also 1-2-1 art packs and family art packs available for anyone to buy and group sessions for care homes. The packs include activities, artwork, interactive items and images. These are available to download and we are constantly developing packs.'
