Independent Press Standards Organisation

We are committed to fairness and accuracy but we recognise that, in the hectic process of news publishing, mistakes can sometimes occur.

If you think we've got it wrong, please let us know by emailing or telephoning the relevant department here.

You can also complain directly about a reader comment on our online articles by using the report button next to the individual comment.

Where we cannot agree on a solution, you can ask the Independent Press Standards Organisation to look into your complaint.

IPSO is an independent organisation which deals with complaints from members of the public about the editorial content of newspapers and magazines.

We follow IPSO's code of practice and abide by its decisions.

The service is free, quick and easy to use. IPSO operates a complaints procedure that is designed to achieve speedy and fair resolution of complaints and there is no cost to the person complaining.
