Local car dealers Ocean BMW are investing in the future - through young people.

Head of business Gareth Wotton has revealed how the company is putting its faith in apprentices and trainees.

In recent times Ocean have gone from one apprentice to five young people now learning the tricks of the trade in a variety of roles.

Gareth says: "To be able to say that I have five local individuals on my team in a position to begin their careers is a great feeling.

"My long term plan is to keep this going and constantly be bringing people through the system. Never before have we invested so much in tomorrow’s talent.

"At Ocean Torbay we are very pleased to be able to invest in and develop local people who will become great ambassadors for our business and brands.

"Training and development of all our staff is of paramount importance but especially for the younger generation who are looking to forge their own career pathways. This latest group will be learning various aspects across our Sales and Aftersales disciplines."
