Sophie Anderson, Nursery Manager at Tops Prince Rock said, “To have won the Nursery Training and Development Award is incredible.

“I feel so lucky that I am a part of a company who encourages and promotes training and development so much, it not only has helped me to develop in my career, from Room manager to Manager, but it has also supported my team at Prince Rock.”

Amy Alderson, Director of Early Years Audit and Training said, “I am incredibly proud of this award as it represents the hard work and dedication from both the Tops training team and those colleagues that engage with our outstanding training programmes.”

Congratulations to all the winners and finalists on the night who all showcased some of the amazing work that is happening in nurseries across the country.
